I'm glad you scored some great books! I bought a boxful of books at a used bookstore that closed here a couple weeks ago. We're just down to a handful of used bookstores now. It's sad.

I didn't feel one iota of guilt spending so much on the 60%-80% off books at the several Borders that shut down in Chicago. I was a regular shopper when they were in business. I visited at least four of them all the time. It's more than sad that Chicago got all of its stores axed. It's sickening. I'd never have thought our city was filled with browsers rather than buyers. [...sigh...]

We got another twenty books today for forty bucks. I am sick and yet excited.
